ELIMINATE ALL MICRO-BUBBLES
RAPIDLY AND EFFECIENTLY
Cleanvent- the eliminator
The bronze CleanVent can also be used in domestic hot water systems.
During filling, maintenance or through oxygen infiltration, air is introduced into every
hydronic heating/cooling system. For a system to work properly, the air pockets and
dissolved air must be eliminated.
Operation
Air and micro-bubbles in the water flow into the Cleanvent’s reduced pressure
chamber and come into contact with the concentrator stainless steel wires. The precise
formula design concentrator uniquely benefits from being dynamic rather than fixed
as with other makes. The water flow oscillates these wires, searching out microbubbles
rapidly.
The concentrator wires then merge bubbles and micro-bubbles into large bubbles,
which float to the top. They are then vented to the outside by means of a high capacity
unit that keeps the water level below the venting point and assures a clean vent
nozzle.
Features
- Greatly reduced commissioning times after initial fill.
- Longer system life (through air and dirt elimination).
- Low pressure drop.
- Bi-directional flow.
- Max temp 110c.
- Tested to 21 bar.
- Max working pressure 10 bar.
- Air collects in the air chamber before being automatically vented.
- Can be flushed while fully operational (no need to shut down).
- An internal stainless steel concentrator to aid removal of air and dirt.
Application
Any place where it is important to remove air from a fluid, such as a central heating or
air conditioning systems.
The bronze ¾”–2” Cleanvent can also be used in domestic hot water systems. |
